Package range: $108,057 - $128,149.
Package includes salary ($95,630-$113,411 per annum) employer's superannuation and annual leave loading (salary offered will be based on experience).

At TAFE NSW, we are dedicated to life-changing impact.What you will doWe're seeking educators to inspire the next generation of Automotive Mechanics Heavy students at Shellharbour Campus and provide tools, ongoing training, professional development, health and wellbeing programs, and flexible working options to support teaching excellence.To find out more about the role, view the Position Description.Essential requirementsHave appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications with a minimum level of Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (see candidate support document for details) OR a willingness to undertake our full-time 14 week Paid to Learn course.Have a minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience relevant to your industry, part of which has been gained in the last 3 (three) years.Hold a Fair-Trading NSW tradesperson certificate (license) in the class of "Motor Mechanic" OR if applying from Interstate, eligible to obtain a Fair-Trading NSW Tradesperson certificate.Paid to Learn: for candidates who do not hold an appropriate VET teaching qualification or equivalent, you have the option to be paid to learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14 weeks Training and Assessment course.
