Position Overview
As a Turf Farm Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining harvesting equipment to ensure efficient and safe harvesting operations.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* operating specialised turf equipment (incl. JCB Telehandler, Trebro harvester and various tractors/mowers)
* conducting equipment inspections & performing routine maintenance/repairs
* monitoring harvesting for quality control + maintaining production efficiency
* maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols in all operations
* collaborating with our team to meet production targets and improve processes.
What we're looking for
* Full Australian working rights essential
* Min. 1 year previous Harvester operation experience or similar essential
* Valid driver's license essential (HR driver's license advantageous)
* Strong mechanical background + ability to troubleshoot/repair equipment
* Sound knowledge of agricultural practices/harvesting processes preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
