About The Opportunity
Community Health Access and Intake (CHAI) provides a central point of access to Adult Community Health Services, supporting coordinated and responsive care across the Central Coast. As the Administration Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting service delivery through leadership, coordination, and high-level administrative oversight. In this role you will:
Coordinate CHAI administrative resources and support multidisciplinary teams with scheduling and rostering of clinicians. Lead, supervise, and support Administrative Support Officers to ensure effective and consistent service delivery. Oversee administrative workflows, rostering, leave management, and resource allocation within service requirements. Utilise systems such as CHOC, ComCare, eMR, HealthRoster, StaffLink, and TRIM to support scheduling, reporting, and records management. Contribute to service improvement through data reporting, process review, and collaboration with senior management.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Extensive experience in senior office management within a health or community-based services environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and coordinating administrative teams. Advanced skills in patient scheduling systems, electronic medical records, and Microsoft-based applications. Strong organisational, attention to detail, time management, problem solving, and conflict resolution capabilities. Flexibility to manage competing priorities and a demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and customer service.
