At Crocs, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing world-class service to our valued customers every day.
About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to educate customers about our products, in-store promotions, and events while supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives.
You will be working closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service using our C.H.A.R.M. service model, adhering to company policies and procedures, and taking the lead in improving personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
* Support the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives
* Maintain high standards of product knowledge and visual presentation
* Assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, stock replenishment, and recovery standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have a strong work ethic.
You will also need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a senior secondary school year 12 or high school certificate
* Have a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
* Be fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages an advantage
* Be able to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Have basic computer skills and be able to operate a Point of Sale system
