About the Role As the Business Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective administrative management of the school.
Reporting to the Principal, you will provide corporate services and administrative support while working within well-defined guidelines to deliver solutions and achieve key outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and school records, while utilising systems such as OneSchool for efficient administration.
Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring.
Assisting the Principal with financial management, including budgeting, accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Coordinating the management of school resources, assets, and facilities, including maintenance and minor works planning.
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and foster a collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic school environment and is passionate about supporting education in a rural community.
About You The following traits would be beneficial: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with staff, students, and the community.
Experience in administrative management, including financial and resource management.
Proficiency in using information and management systems such as OneSchool, or a willingness to learn.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
