Medical Receptionist
TLC Healthcare is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our medical centre while delivering a welcoming and professional experience to patients, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients, visitors, and stakeholders at reception
* Manage incoming calls, appointments, calendars, and correspondence
* Support appointment bookings
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient and administrative records
* Provide general administrative support
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service to patients and staff
* Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation requirements
* Participate in meetings and support team-based workflows
About You
You will be a reliable, organized, and compassionate administrator who thrives in a patient-facing environment.
* Experience in medical reception, administration, or a similar healthcare role
* Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* Strong computer literacy (MS Office and clinical / booking systems)
* A professional approach to confidentiality and sensitive information
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to service excellence
* Experience with NDIS, Workcover and support at home invoicing is highly desirable
Skills/Requirements
* Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong administration and time management capabilities
* Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
* Influenza vaccination 2026
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
