Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and implementing effective territory strategies to drive growth and adoption of our solutions and services with large Australian Government enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement territory and named account plans geared at maximizing expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products.
* Maintain full account ownership while coordinating with various account team stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Work closely with colleagues in the internal Atlassian Channel team as well as external partners to build and execute on effective sales strategies for designated territories of named accounts.
* Ensure customers are fully educated on the value of our Cloud-based System of Work including AI, Scaled Agile, Enterprise Service Management, Work Management & DevOps solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

* 15 or more years of sales experience in business-to-business SaaS sales environment.
* Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities.
* Extensive experience utilising a CRM to achieve and correlate key performance metrics.
* Proven ability to proactively engage customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach to uncover new opportunities and ways to add value.
* Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
