1. Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or applicable industry certifications.
2. Experience developing web experiences with headless CMS platforms.
3. Experience providing technical direction in a collaborative, agile environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and with non-technical stakeholders.
4. Experience managing build and release pipelines using modern CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
5. Strong technical design and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
6. Familiarity with the Government Digital Service Standards.
