About The Role
Your passion for baking is the main ingredient to providing superior products to our customers each and every day. Our bakeries are a fast‑paced environment with energized teams that love sharing their knowledge and skills, helping unlock future talent to rise to their full potential and keep their baking industry skills growing.
What You Need
- Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
What You’ll Bring

- Understanding the importance of maintaining a clean and safe workspace and following best practices for food handling.
- Curious mindset for professional and self development.

- Passion for your craft, with a drive to create delicious, high‑quality baked goods that our customers will love.
- Formal qualifications (Trade Certificate) to back up your skills and dedication.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to handle the demands of a busy bakery.
