The Job:
As a CRM Manage, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our Salesforce CRM across Australia and New Zealand. You'll ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards, and drive adoption and compliance across the Field Sales Team.
Your duties will include:
* Managing and maintaining Salesforce CRM across ANZ, ensuring data integrity and process alignment
* Building and customising reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leaders
* Driving CRM adoption and compliance among field sales teams to support performance tracking
* Allocating tasks and focus sheets to the sales team and monitoring KPIs against business goals
* Partnering with sales leaders and managers to deliver tools and data that improve customer engagement
* Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance CRM usability and effectiveness

You will also have:
* Strong Salesforce experience (administrator, specialist, or advanced user level)
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data, generate insights, and present recommendations
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders and influence adoption
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
* Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills; SAP experience desirable
* Prior exposure to sales operations or supporting field sales teams highly regarded
