Reporting to a Head of Payroll, who is a critical & strategic thinker, this a key role to focus on payroll operations, process optimisation & data integrity:
* Fortnightly & Monthly of approximately 1500 employees
* Systems administration and optimisation for Payroll and HR Systems
* Implementation of an effective T & A system
* Maintain data integrity & data governance across all Payroll & HR systems
* Promote employee utilisation & engagement with HRIS function to enhance the employee experience
* Mentorship & development of the payroll team
* Work to foster collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, HR & Technology
* Disseminate regulatory changes business, in parallel with system updates
* Propose solutions & collaborate on effective payroll strategies with Head of Payroll
As the organisation is migrating to a new payroll solution, it is imperative that the successful candidate has expertise in the Preceda payroll platform, to audit data integrity & governance, prior to systems migration. You will be a tenured payroll operations & process leader with the ability to build a high-performance culture and navigate a period of significant change.
