We are looking for an experienced head Seamstress to join our growing team here in Adelaide
Responsibilities
Responsible for the sewing, draping, lace placement, hand sewing, and finalising of all client dresses, this also includes altering dresses after a client fitting, making sure it is perfect before their wedding
Responsible for Quality Control of every client and sample dress
Able to provide training to other team members, offer solutions and brainstorm new processes
Responsible for communicating and liaising with inhouse and/or external manufacturers to ensure all processes are being followed, and the products that are being created are of a high quality
Using the feedback from our clients and sales team to plan and develop new and efficient ways of delivering our existing products to the market
Minimum 3-5 years prior custom bridal experience required.
Qualifications
Minimum diploma in Fashion, Dressmaking or similar.
