Job Title: Administration Support Professional
This role involves providing administrative support to a team of educators and families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-focused, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support across the service
* Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email
* Maintain accurate records for educators, families, and children
* Support educator documentation including Blue Cards, insurances and training currency
* Prepare enrolment packs, documentation, and compliance registers
* Assist with scheduling, reporting and event preparation (e.g., playgroups, PD sessions)
* Process educator timesheets and pay documentation
* Generate and send invoices, track outstanding payments and assist with debt recovery
* Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous administration experience (childcare, education or community services desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer literacy – Microsoft Office and general digital tools
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to build positive relationships with educators and families
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
