About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the supply and installation of septic systems across the domestic wastewater and septic solutions market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, providing technical solutions, and working autonomously.
You will work closely with private homeowners, builders and small to large developers, including travel to site inspections across Victoria, providing wastewater system advice, design options, and installation support. You will also represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell domestic septic and wastewater treatment systems
* Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and developers
* Prepare quotes, tenders, proposals and site plans to support successful sales outcomes
* Identify new and emerging opportunities in the environmental wastewater market
* Attend trade shows, field days and industry events to represent the brand
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will ideally have:
* Proven experience in either plumbing, septic or associated industry area
* Understanding of plumbing, installation or construction processes
* Strong communication and a desire to provide the best customer solutions
* Ability to plan weekly activity, travel and sales meetings
* Be adaptability & confident working in a fast‑moving, solutions‑focused environment
