Business hours: Mon to Fri (8 to 5). 
Experience: 4-6 years 
Responsibilities 
- Provide remote technical support to end-users of desktop and laptop computers, printers, etc. 
- Support the manufacturing workplace (printers, IoT devices, etc.). 
- Assist in end-user desktop support or computer operations. 
- Manage end-user requests and provide troubleshooting for OS and Office applications. 
- Handle VIP and escalation calls; interact with senior users to understand requirements. 
- Perform hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for end-user issues. 
- Field telephone and email inquiries, diagnose problems, and perform troubleshooting. 
- Gather diagnostics information, troubleshoot, analyze problems, and resolve issues; monitor performance as needed. 
- Utilize knowledge of Microsoft products, databases, macOS, iOS, and networking. 
- Desirable: SAP Business One support and administration; experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshservice).
