We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Australia and New Zealand.


About the Position:

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing the primary brand image.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including interior designers, architects, developers, and high-end retailers


Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for design, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in premium or luxury furniture and interiors sales.

* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture or interior design
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Australian and New Zealand markets
* Strong network within the architecture, design, and hospitality industries


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Prepare detailed sales budgets and activity plans in alignment with overall guidelines.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including interior designers, architects, developers, and high-end retailers.

Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing activities together with partners, including design exhibitions, pop-up opportunities, and showroom openings, ensuring consistent and impactful brand visibility.
