About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our Karrinyup centre in a full‐time position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, patient‐focused clinic where you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door. Rostered shifts between Tuesday to Saturday, standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries
* Coordinating appointments and clinician schedules
* Handling phone calls, payments and administrative tasks
* Supporting smooth daily clinic operations
* Assisting the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous reception or customer service experience
* Basic dental knowledge preferred
* Strong computer and administration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, reliable and team‐focused approach
* Ability to multitask within a busy clinic environment
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
