As a Territory Representative for Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will support our business in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction through strategic business planning. You will also provide clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires existing pacing experience and will be based in Adelaide, reporting directly into the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build sustainable business growth.
* Build strong relationships with customers, plan market opportunities for existing and new products, aligning with divisional goals.
* Maintain technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis, completing formal training programs and applying skills in the field.
* Provide superior clinical support, including device implantation, programming, follow-up, troubleshooting, education, and site management.
* Work with the Rhythm Management team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities.
* Have sound business acumen, identifying competitor activities, managing tender agreements, and completing market analysis.
* Complete administrative tasks, including reporting, stock validation, and database management.
* Establish contact persons for hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
* Participate in the on-call roster and support the broader ANZ RM business as needed.
* Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
