The Role :
- Carrying out Property Condition Reports, final inspections and routine inspections
- Operation of REST, Filesmart, Word, Excel as required
- Negotiating lease requirements with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating rent reviews with landlords and tenants
- Calculation of bond disbursements
- Signing tenants up – ensuring proper explanation is given regarding their rights and the rights of the landlord
- Attending court as required
Skills and Experience :
- A great attitude and drive to be an outstanding Property Manager
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Must have WA Real Estate Registration and current Driver's License
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
