Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in project management, process re-engineering, organisational change, stakeholder management implementation, and beyond
• Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development
• Support our Victoria real estate advisory team, providing technical project delivery knowledge and contribute to our multi-disciplinary team
• Act as day-to-day management consultant, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards
• Produce clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value
• Provide complementary services to Turner & Townsend's propositions such as project management, cost management, contract services, and program management
• Have proven ability to lead complex organisational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagements to drive successful outcomes
• Be able to develop key client data into insights which can be used to drive enhanced performance and management
• Develop project/program/portfolio management approaches used to improve delivery of capital assets and assure our clients investments are effectively and efficiently controlled
• Support the growth of advisory through bid writing and proposition development
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4-6 years consulting and advisory experience
• A university degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics
• Experience in delivering capital projects, programs, and/or portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually
• Experience of working across real estate sectors or infrastructure or natural resources and both private and public sectors
• Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation
