We are seeking an Early Childhood professional for leading the Centre as Assistant Director for a Full time [or Part-time] position
- Should be experienced, passionate and committed.
- Should have the ability to engage positively with families and establish rapport.
- Will receive ongoing support from management and work flexibility.
- Should have Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 4 years experience as Education/Room Leader
- Should be capable of managing and running a small centre-based service as Assistant Director or 2IC.
- Should have a good knowledge of NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements.
- Be skilled and willing to continue supporting Children's learning, parents and educators.
- Ability to motivate and lead other educators.
