6-month contract - immediate start (1-3 weeks) Potential to extend or convert to permanent North Sydney based Attractive daily rate A high-growth, global technology infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to step into a pivotal role during a major cross-border acquisition and integration. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for a senior communications leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing at pace. This will be an initial 6 month contract to start fairly immediately, with the potential to extend or convert to permanent. The Opportunity For the first phase of the contract (approximately 80%), you’ll partner closely with the Head of Communications to deliver a high-profile integration communications program. As the integration stabilises, the role will evolve into a broader BAU corporate communications remit spanning internal and external channels. You’ll be joining a lean, high-performing team at a moment of significant transformation - visibility is high, decisions are made quickly, and your work will have immediate impact. What You’ll Be Doing Integration Communications (initial focus) Develop clear, consistent messaging to support integration milestones, leadership alignment, and change impacts Establish feedback loops to capture employee sentiment and translate insights into action Create compelling multimedia content (videos, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, infographics) Support and advise senior spokespeople with briefings, talking points, and coaching Manage communication channels to ensure timely, accurate, engaging delivery Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure communications are aligned, sequenced, and risk-aware BAU Corporate Communications Support global external communications including thought leadership, speaking opportunities, awards, and proactive media activity Maintain and evolve the corporate narrative and key messaging Lead internal communications cadence including announcements, campaigns, newsletters, and leadership updates Support issues and crisis communications planning and response Manage LinkedIn content planning, asset development, and publishing Support leadership communications including speeches, briefings, and event content What We’re Looking For 10 years’ experience in corporate, internal, or external communications Proven experience supporting complex integration, transformation, or change programs Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across audiences and formats Strong judgement and confidence working with senior executives Experience delivering multimedia content and managing multiple channels Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure Proven experience working in a similar corporate communications role within a large, corporate environment Background in technology, financial services, infrastructure, or high-growth environments highly regarded APAC experience (including India) advantageous The Team You’ll join a small, high-calibre communications team operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supported by a strong network of external agencies across key markets.
