About The Role
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day administration and operational support of our Newcastle Depot, including coordination of lubricant sales and inventory management. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level administrative and operational support to the Depot Manager and team
* Coordinate lubricant orders, stock control, invoicing and dispatch
* Manage inventory movements, receipting and end‐of‐month reconciliation processes
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with HSSE, Chain of Responsibility (COR) and company policies
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration and data entry experience (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Physically capable of assisting with stock handling and manual tasks within a depot environment
* Ability to multi‐task and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Strong communication skills and customer service focus
* Commitment to compliance, safety and continuous improvement
* Forklift licence is an advantage
