As we expand our Frame & Truss network, we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence across multiple sites nationwide. This role will require travel to our sites in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

You'll lead the national operations of our Frame & Truss manufacturing facilities, with a focus on:
* Driving performance across multiple sites—lifting quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Empowering teams —coaching leaders, building capability, and fostering a culture of care and accountability.
* Shaping strategy —developing and executing plans that align with our long-term growth.
* Improving systems and processes —finding better ways to deliver value to our customers and team.
* Collaborating cross-functionally —working closely with sales, finance, and project teams to deliver seamless service.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
