This role involves collaborating with the Centre Manager to manage daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring a high-quality program that aligns with our values and philosophy.

* Support the team in programming and practice, working off the floor to provide guidance and assistance.
* Oversee the presentation of each room and outdoor environment, creating a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Centre Manager to manage daily operations.
* Develop, implement, and reflect on a high-quality program.
* Mentor and inspire educators to achieve best practices.
* Foster a positive workplace culture.
* Support the team in programming and practice.
* Oversee the presentation of each room and outdoor environment.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Room Leader experience is essential, with Educational Leadership experience highly preferred.
* Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
* Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children, and families.
* Knowledge of CCS compliance and proficiency navigating CCS software.
