We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Broker to provide cutting-edge landlord insurance solutions to our valued clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in the insurance industry.
About the Role:
* Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Lead the team in identifying the most suitable insurance policies and providers
* Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal coverage and terms
* Coach and mentor a growing team to provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance placement process
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and act as their trusted adviser
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product developments
The Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses a Tier 1 accreditation in insurance
* Holds the qualification or is willing to obtain a Diploma in Insurance Broking (FNS*****)
* Has a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably within the landlord insurance segment
* Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills, with direct report to the CEO
* Exhibits strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Demonstrated experience in using insurance broking software and systems
* Relevant insurance qualifications in line with the governing body (ASIC Guide RG 146)
