Content and Community Manager (Part Time)
The West Australian Good Food Guide is seeking a part time Content and Community Manager to join our small, creative team as we continue to grow across food, drink, hotels, and unique culinary and accommodation experiences.
WAGFG is a trusted authority on where to eat, stay, and explore. Our multi platform brand spans digital, social, events, print, WAGFG Stays, Bali Good Food and Stays Guide, Singapore Stays (launching 2026), unique accommodation platforms, industry awards, and the Paper Scissors Stock podcast. We are also preparing for expansion into new markets, which makes this an exciting time to join us.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is organised, creative, and confident managing content across channels
* Loves food, hospitality, hotels, and travel culture
* Understands social media, audience engagement, and community building
* Can coordinate contributors and keep a content calendar moving
* Is comfortable managing partnership deliverables across all platforms
* Enjoys working independently and part time within a supportive and passionate team
* Has excellent copywriting skills
Key functions of the role include:
* Coordinating monthly articles and refreshed guide content across dining, hotels, and travel
* Managing weekly social content
* Supporting video and reel creation with contributors
* Managing partner content deliverables across digital, social, accommodation and experiences channels, and podcast outputs
* Publishing Paper Scissors Stock and assisting with WAGFG verticals including Off Menu and accommodation guides
* Using Figma for simple layouts and content updates
This is a highly flexible role and would suit someone who likes to work their own hours, on their own terms.
