Overview
We're a passionate Allied Health team focused on supporting adults to live independent and joyful lives across aged care, disability, and community settings. We work with clients in their homes through a variety of funding bodies, including public, private, and NDIS funding, providing a diverse and rewarding caseload. You will play a key role in promoting independence and enablement, with a strong focus on rehabilitation wherever possible. Our model allows you to choose your preferred working hours and flex them as needed.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions, and progress reviews
* Develop and implement goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to NDIS participants and older clients
* Complete Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) assessments and reports, including wrap-around services
* Support Restorative Care Programs with expertise in areas like cognitive independence or adaptive strategies
* Complete all required clinical documentation, including reports, treatment notes, and functional assessments
* Collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families to ensure therapy is delivered effectively
