Join the team at Riverina Water Engineering in Griffith
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator – Creditors to join the Riverina Water Engineering (RWE) team in Griffith.
You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to all the customers and carrying out accurate and timely administrative duties required to effectively operate MYOB EXO accounting systems for RWE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and enter all data for Creditors including costing and entry of invoices.
Reconcile supplier invoices to their statements.
Complete monthly creditor reconciliation reports.
Allocation of project and job expenditure to relevant MYOB EXO Software.
Prepare financial documents/records/reports (including Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Board documents)
Assist in preparing monthly BAS
Assist with invoicing and debtor accounts (as necessary)
Completion of bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
Assist with the Annual Financial Audit, as required.
General administrative duties including banking, filing, mailing, answering telephone and maintaining office suppliers (stationary and kitchen).
Other duties as required and/or as delegated in line with job role and required tasks.
Essential Requirements:
A current Driver Licence
Experience with Excel, Accounting & Job Costing software (experience with MYOB desirable but not mandatory)
Good understanding of General Ledger functions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to follow through to conclusion.
Time management/prioritisation abilities.
Proactive and reliable.
The ability to work collaboratively with others when needed and support a positive workplace culture.
