Job Overview
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Shepparton. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
The key aspects of this role include working autonomously to maintain and improve the client's level of independence, responding to their needs, collaborating with their families and support people, and keeping accurate records of activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide community access and domestic support to clients
* Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct
Requirements
* A current Working With Children (WWC) Check
* Experience working in the not-for-profit sector
* A valid Police Check (National Police Certificate)
* An Australian driver's licence
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check
