In this full-time/Part time or Contract/Consultant role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our diverse client base across a range of practice areas. As a Solicitor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality legal advice and representation, contributing to the firm's continued success and growth.
What you'll be doing
* Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, including family law, criminal law, inheritance disputes and litigation matters
* Researching and analysing complex legal issues to provide well-reasoned and practical solutions
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as applications, affidavits and submissions
* Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations and negotiations
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the seamless delivery of legal services
* Continuously expanding your legal knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments
What we're looking for
* Admitted as a Solicitor in Western Australia with 1-5 years of post-admission experience
* Strong academic background with a law degree from a recognised university
* Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
* Demonstrated experience in file and client management and the ability to build lasting relationships
* A collaborative and team‑oriented approach with a commitment to excellence
