Job Title: Creative Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our creative department.
About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the creative team, including managing incoming briefs, project requests, and sourcing materials.
* Manage digital asset management platforms, ensuring that teams are notified when assets are ready for review.
* Coordinate internal resources and ensure team needs are met efficiently.
* Support the end-to-end photoshoot logistics, including location scouting, booking travel, and sourcing accommodation for crew and talent.
* Prepare, track, and manage all shoot materials, props, samples, and equipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Must have a full UK driving licence and the ability and willingness to drive a van in Cornish lanes.
