Our National Client are currently seeking for an administration / dispatch clerk to join their team on a casual basis. The purpose of this role is to ensure that only authorised personnel access the facility, and that records are maintained of all movements.
About your new role / Key Responsibilities :
Manage the inbound and outbound requirements.
Identify and address challenges (orders, pallets etc) ensuring the processes can be followed and tasks completed, escalating to the dispatch supervisor.
Adjust and short ship orders as required in SAP and report all variations, or request credits and invoices.
Liaise with other departments as necessary.
Use of SAP.
Administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience :
Previous admin / warehouse experience is preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
SAP experience is beneficial.
Be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Basic Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
