We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Work Rehabilitation Specialist. In this dynamic position, you'll play a vital part in helping individuals return to work and achieve their full potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for managing cases involving injured workers under the WorkCover scheme, ensuring they receive the necessary support to recover and return to work safely.
* You'll conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized plans to help individuals regain their functional abilities.
* You'll provide expert guidance and support to help individuals overcome barriers to returning to work, including vocational counselling and facilitating interventions, training, and upskilling programs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in psychology or a related field, with registration as a Provisional Psychologist or a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
* A current driver's license and reliable access to your own transport.
* The ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
