We're seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee a charming property nestled in the heart of Victoria's wine region. With 100 rooms and surrounded by picturesque vineyards and cellar doors, this is a unique chance to lead a high‐impact food and beverage operation and vibrant event business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the food and beverage outlets to create memorable dining experiences that reflect the essence of the region.
• Drive the event business, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
• Demonstrate cohesive understanding of room management to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and implement commercial acumen and revenue strategies to maximise profitability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring uncompromising standards and qualities across all departments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, nurturing their growth and development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar upscale environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations and event management.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Salary: $115,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
