Data Entry Operator is responsible for processing customers' purchase, service and return orders from receival to release for further processing in other departments in Operations.
Responsibilities
* Receiving, opening and sorting parcels with purchase, service and return orders and preparing them for processing,
* Reviewing, clarifying & processingpurchase and service orders into ERP system (physical and electronic orders).
* Cooperation with other areas of Operations to resolve any queries regarding customer's orders.
* Supporting New Zealand Operations with order entry.
* Creation of credit notes – rebill corrections.
* Other duties as required by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
* HSC or equivalent.
* Further education in business or administration is desirable.

* High attention to detail and responsibility for performed actions.
* Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
* Sound verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer Focused attitude.

Knowledge
* Understanding of hearing care products and related accessories.
* Knowledge of ERP system processes and procedures.
Experience
* Previous experience in aCustomer Service, Administrationor Production role (desired).
