About the Role

You will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
* Deliver evidence-based therapy services to clients across various settings, including in-clinic, home, and the community.
* Manage a varied caseload, including paediatrics, NDIS participants, and aged care clients.
* Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
* Prepare detailed progress reports, assessments, and therapy updates.
* Support clients in achieving their goals related to daily living, mobility, and community participation.
* Stay updated with best practices through ongoing professional development.
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy.
* Holds current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Has experience or a keen interest in working within the allied health sector.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Is committed to professional growth and continuous learning.
* Has knowledge of relevant funding programs such as NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover (preferred but not essential).
* Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Is adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
