About the Role
As a key member of our out-of-school hours care program, you will be responsible for leading our team at a Sydney-based Catholic primary school. This is a permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week during term time.
Main Responsibilities
* Create engaging programs that foster curiosity and creativity in children.
* Develop strategies to share children's learning and achievements with their families.
* Maintain a safe environment by overseeing attendance and bookings.
* Support educators to feel confident and valued in their roles.
* Build partnerships with families and the school to create a cohesive care environment.
Requirements
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in an Out of School Hours Care setting.
* Current Child Protection Training Certificate.
* Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
* A valid Working With Children Check.
