We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will play a proactive coordination role, collaborating with local stakeholders and project managing customer support processes through to resolution.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong customer service skills, intermediate IT skills, and the ability to manage complex technical issues. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
