Due to rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our professional and vibrant team in Gladstone.
The Role
As our Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for students, clients, staff, and visitors. You'll play a key role in ensuring our front office runs smoothly and that communication with stakeholders is professional, efficient, and welcoming.
Key responsibilities include:
· Greeting and assisting clients, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Managing general office administration including mail, supplies, and record-keeping.
· Assisting with scheduling, calendars, and correspondence.
· Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in data entry, reporting, and student records.
· Supporting a positive, proactive, and team-focused office environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to the role, with the ability to stay organised under pressure.
You will have:
· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
· Experience with Xero or similar systems (advantageous but not essential).
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
· Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
· The ability to adapt to new systems, including student management platforms such as aXcelerate.
