About The Role
As a Negotiated Pricing Specialist in the Retail Banking division, you will play a crucial role in providing informed service and pricing for negotiated retail products, including deposits and home loans. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the retail network in maintaining and expanding their deposit and lending base while ensuring pricing discipline on the bank’s cost of funds.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong customer service focus and be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. You should possess a high degree of commercial acumen in the application of pricing decisions and have a resilient and problem-solving nature. Key competencies include customer service orientation, the ability to work under pressure, high commercial acumen, and resilience and problem-solving skills.
