About the Opportunity
We recruit for Rehabilitation Consultants across Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, and Psychology to join our friendly Perth based team on a permanent basis. We will also consider contractors operating under an ACN.
In this role, you'll support people across WA in their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and return to work through a client-centred approach focused on health, well-being, and practical outcomes. You'll manage a varied caseload, including Workers' Compensation, Workplace Health & Safety, and discipline-specific clinical assessments and interventions.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be actively involved in every stage of recovery from vocational and initial needs assessments to worksite visits, counselling, interventions, and well-being programs. You'll collaborate with local employers, medical professionals, and fellow allied health providers to ensure clients feel supported at every step.
Using your clinical expertise, you'll identify barriers, document clear case notes, and guide clients toward sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, workplaces, and stakeholders alike—will be at the heart of your role.
