Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‐oriented ITSM PMO Support Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) projects and ensuring adherence to Program Management Office (PMO) standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of ITIL 4 Foundation principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Management and ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Process Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of ITIL 4 Foundation certification processes to enhance program management capabilities.
* Project Coordination: Support the delivery of ITSM projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
* Governance Activities: Assist with governance‐related activities, including the preparation of slide decks, reporting packs, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and guidelines.
* Workstream Monitoring: Monitor the progress of ITSM workstreams, identifying and escalating risks or delays to the PMO Lead or Project Manager as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in program management or ITSM‐related roles.
* ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
Clearance Requirement
* NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
