Bond-Eye Australia is a global swimwear and fashion company with brands including Bond-Eye, Sea Level, and Artesands. We are seeking a Head of Sales & Revenue to strategically drive all sales channels, maximize revenue streams, and elevate our brand across wholesale, retail, and DTC channels. You will directly manage the Brand Managers and wholesale support team, as well as drive both agents and distributors globally to ensure strategic alignment, budgeting, and sales targets are met.
Responsibilities include:
1. Owning and executing global sales and revenue strategies across wholesale and retail, ensuring all sales are brand-aligned and profitable.
2. Expanding and strengthening international partnerships, key accounts, agents, and distributors.
3. Setting and managing revenue KPIs, forecasting models, margin strategies, and managing agency agreements.
4. Identifying market and product opportunities, growth levers, and channel market intelligence for brand teams.
5. Leading an engaged, dynamic, organized, and aligned sales team to achieve targets, representing each brand per its DNA.
6. Managing aged stock, clearance channels, and processes.
7. Executing seasonal sales calendars and ensuring adherence by brand teams.
8. Providing accurate sales reports to management and ensuring full utilization of sales tools.
9. Creating budgets by brand, region, and customer.
10. Managing trade show strategies, calendars, budgets, and ROI.
11. Overseeing strategic retail activations.
To excel in this role, you will:
* Have 5+ years in a similar executive sales role in fashion.
* Be an exceptional leader with negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Be highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused.
* Be proficient in sales administration tasks including reporting, analysis, documentation, and customer management.
* Be a people person, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with your team, customers, and distributors.
* Be solutions-oriented, ensuring customer success and cross-team collaboration.
* Be located in Sydney with the ability to travel overseas as required.
