National Sales Manager Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our national sales strategy for Vans. As the key account manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share objectives across all key accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
2. Oversee and execute the sales plan to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
3. Lead and manage a team of account managers and sales agents, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
4. Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the sales team, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated at least 5+ years in a sales capacity in footwear, apparel, or accessories lead consumer product industry.
* Astute understanding of the Fashion, Sport, Surf, and Skate marketplaces.
* Must be creative, strategic, analytical, innovative, and a problem-solver.
* Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
