Short Description: Looking for Service Delivery manager
Location: Melbourne
Salary range: AUD 129,311- 142,018(Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys delivery for operations, platform engineering and SRE.
* Conducting various Governance
* Plan and track implementation of best practices on following
o Platform engineering
o SRE
o Agile / DevOps adoption
o Productivity, maturity and quality improvements
o values adds delivery
o driving offshoring
o outcome based models
* Drive /participate/coordinate key meetings with stakeholders
* Escalation point of contact for the Infosys delivery
* Infosys delivery level risk and issues management and liaise with Head Of / Program Director
* Ensure Westpac as well as Infosys health check requirements are met
* Resource and demand management
* Estimation - TEP consolidation / OPEX review
* Contract management
* Productivity and Quality initiatives
* Continuous improvement and innovation drive
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
1. Excellent experience in end-to-end service delivery management
2. Excellent communications, coordination and stake holder management skills
3. Basic knowledge of platform engineering technologies - Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, Azure Cloud
4. Basic knowledge of platform engineering technologies - New Relic, SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, chaos engineering, Azure SME
5. Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
* Excellent experience in end-to-end service delivery management

* Excellent customer-facing skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
