Samsung Electronics Australia seeks a skilled professional to create and execute retail sales strategies for the Consumer Electronics Display Memory team.
This role involves leading a National Account Manager team, responsible for negotiation, commercial terms management, and process improvements.
Your Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing end-to-end retail sales strategies
* Negotiating and managing commercial terms and associated approvals
* Identifying and designing process improvements to enhance customer experience
* Gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitors' strategies
* Maintaining strong internal & external stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
* 'Can-do' attitude with a proactive approach
* Retail, sales, go-to-market strategy experience in Consumer Electronics industry
* Strong retail sales operational knowledge and excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to establish, build, lead, and manage productive sales channels
* Commercial skills including setting optimal structures and negotiating terms
* Strong track record of hiring, retaining, developing, and motivating top-tier functional Talent
* Internal partnering skills to work with enablers within the business
