About the Role.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery/returns experiences supporting our Head of Retail Manager, and contributing to the success of our company's end-to-end supply chain offering.
As a vital member of our Retail team, you'll work behind the scenes investigating and resolving various issues — from delivery delays and incorrect sizing to returns and claims — using our internal systems and tools. You'll follow defined processes to ensure every query receives a timely and thoughtful response (we pride ourselves on responding within hours).
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Retail with various adhoc tasks.
The primary responsibilities include:
* Answering and responding effectively to all enquiries (primarily via email).
* Providing logistics and customer service to our clients.
* Performing various other activities as outlined in a detailed position description.
* Work schedule: Monday to Friday
* Full-time: 40hrs per week.
* This is an office-based position in Fitzroy North, VIC.

Skills and Experience:
* Experience in fantastic customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
