As an Account Manager (internally known as Sales Representative), you'll drive growth across the region. You'll manage and strengthen existing accounts, but the real focus is on new business - finding prospects, building pipeline and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Your Opportunity
* Identify and win new business across the Central Queensland region, building an active pipeline and converting prospects into long-term accounts
* Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions that align with customer needs and market conditions
* Increase portfolio profitability through effective pricing, product opportunity identification, product development, product management and well-timed commercial conversations
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring retention and long-term value
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to shape your regional strategy
* Represent Cement Australia at industry events, site visits and product demonstrations
* Champion safety and sustainability in line with Cement Australia's standards and policies
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a sales or product role, ideally within the mining industry.
* Applicants with experience in industrial, landscape, retail or hardware environments are also encouraged to apply
* A hunter mentality - someone who thrives on prospecting, pipeline building and closing new business
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and structure deals that land
* Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, from site operators to senior decision-makers
* An understanding of strategic account management and how to balance new business with existing customer care
* The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively across a regional territory
* Willingness to travel overnight as required
