The Role:
You'll be the heart of the centre – leading a dedicated team, overseeing daily operations, and partnering closely with the Approved Provider and our leadership team to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.
You'll also contribute to service-wide planning, policy development, resourcing decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
You are a confident, organised and compassionate leader who brings positivity, professionalism and warmth to your team. You'll also bring:
* A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
* A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and Education & Care Regulations
* Clear communication skills, initiative, and a great sense of humour
* A passion for excellence, innovation, and building strong team culture
